Order processing

Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed after payment is confirmed. During this time, your order is checked, prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times

After your order has been dispatched, shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your destination and the carrier. For US orders, shipping typically takes 5–11 business days.

These shipping estimates are in addition to the processing time. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We do not currently offer next-day delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
